«We stayed in the upper unit, which was in excellent new condition, very clean, and a beautiful house that met all of our needs. Right outside the backyard is a nice new playground and park area, which is great if you have small children. The only potential downsides to be aware of is that noise does travel quite easily from the basement unit through the vents. «The interiors weren’t clean when we checked in. In fact we left it cleaner than how we got it. So for the money we paid, we were not happy with what we got. We couldn’t get to enjoy some of the features advertised. The grill for example was extremely dirty and not fit for use at all. The listing doesn’t mention that the pool isn’t available in late May. The fire pit was the only feature we enjoyed but again we weren’t told that we had to get our own firewood. So overall, for the money we paid we ...
