«We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and ...

«The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay.»

«We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.»
