«Well. I guess it was my fault to book a property that does not have reviews. I haven't been to Georgia for 30 years and I brought my 2 kids from USA to see the Caucasus. I did send a message in advance to the owner with my flight info and the date of arrival. When we arrived at the place, owner was standing in his courtyard in his underwear, and his wife was surprised to see visitors at her home. She told me that she canceled my booking, then she told Vrbo that she has no access to her booking. ...

«Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating.
