OK 4 star
An ok 4 star hotel. The location is superb. The service in the lobby is, let say average, they dont smile or do anything extra to make u feel welcome. The rooms have nice and comfertable beds. They are clean and ok. But the hotel had a light that started and stoped of itself, there came water on the floor without any reason in the bathroom (118). The breakfast was OK, but was always empty of dark bread and yoghurts. U had to stay and wait for some minutes to make them bring it to you. Would I Return, maybe not. I think there should be some better options in this Gorgeous city.

Greit hotell med nærhet til sentrum.
400 - 500 meter fra Piazza Ferrari, så ganske nært sentrum og gamlebyen. Rommene var OK, vi betalte litt ekstra for oppgradering. Frokosten var ikke bedre enn den måtte være, både eggerøren og bacon var ganske dårlig laget. Serveringen i baren var elendig, muligens fordi bar personalet også serverte og ryddet i middagsmaten, men det tok veldig lang tid for å få servering. Ellers var hotellet greit.

Meget god service
Fantastisk service, og meget hyggelig personale. Ligger i passe avstand til kaiområdet og mange andre severdigheter. Bestilte rommet 2 minutter før jeg gikk inn døra. Fikk oppgradert rom, da de ikke fant bestillingen min med en gang. Meget god frokost. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Flott rom veldig sentralt, nært gamlebyen
Vi fikk et flott rom over to plan, som var nyoppusset og lekkert og stort. Det var rent og pent. Vi ble mottatt av en veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt resepsjonist. Vi hadde to flotte netter på hotellet til en særdeles hyggelig pris. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand til den sjarmerende gamlebyen og er i et fint strøk med eksklusive butikker. Det eneste vi kunne utsette noe på var at det den ene dagen var ganske tomt på fatene i frokostbuffeten uten at det ble fylt opp. Hotellet er absolutt å anbefale. Men vi var også veldig heldige. Det virket som halvparten av rommene på hotellet var nyoppussede, mens resten var eldre. Uansett. Flott opphold.

Hotell nær kaotisk rundkjøring
Hotellet holder bra standard, og ligger sentralt. Det tar 10 minutter å gå ned til havnen. Et noe vanskelig hotell å besøke dersom du kjører bil. Hotellet ligger 30 meter fra en av byens travleste rundkjøringer.

a really nice place
this is a great hotel, I have stayed here twice before and I like it. The breakfast is quite extensive, but much too much for me as I don't usually eat that much in the morning (so it makes it too expensive for me). But I did eat one time, and it is very good. The staff is great, although occasionally the charming desk girl is more interested in going in the front to smoke a cigarette than in helping the patrons.

3 dias em Gênova
Hotel com instalações modernas, mas com check in um pouco demorado. Não fizemos refeições no local, pois o café da manhã era caríssimo, e havia um café excelente na pracinha próxima ao hotel. A localização é muito boa, sendo possível ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto que ficamos era bem pequeno.

Not as you would expect from a NH Hotel
We have a long history from staying at NH, but we have never been dissapointed like this. First they gave us a very small room even though we had paid for a extra large superior room, and they initiallly claimed that it was correct. After some discussions we got a room of the righ dignity. Secondly we had something light to eat at the bar, and my wife got a wrap with something that best could be described as dried fish skin. And last, we are used to be spoiled with fantastic breakfast buffets at NH, but this classifies as average at best.

Leider war der Treppenlift nur über Stufen erreichbar, was eine Barriere für Rollstuhlfahrer darstellt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zweckgemäß für einen Roadtrip und sauber. Optimal sind die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel und die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum

Very nice hotel in Genoa's heart
Very nice hotel in Genoa's heart. Walkable distance to Brignole train station and Piazza Ferrari. Staff was welcoming and cleaning was daily done at high standards. We really liked the idea of the free drink in exchange of the stayover cleaning. It helps the environment and offers the guest the possibility to enjoy the bar free of charge after a long day touring the city. We ended up not using the gym, yet it looked very well equipped.
