The scent that you perceived entering in the hotel is a customized fragrance for NH: weather you like it or not is a very personal matter but, of course, if only we had known it sooner, we could have regulated the diffusion avoiding any discomfort. We are very sorry if you did not feel safe going around at night but, our hotel is based in the center and, going around at night, is the same as doing it in any other big city. We will share your positive feedback with our personnel that will be more that happy even if, it is important to underline that the hotel had opened again only one month ago after a complete refurbishment of the rooms that were renovated both in terms of furniture and structure so that also the online pictures were taken less that one month ago.
