Hotellet har en sentral beliggenhet i forhold til jernbanestasjonen. Kort vei til handlegater. Gode, rene senger. Badet var nyoppusset. Hyggelig service og god frokost. Trang heis, men trappene var brede og fine.

Sentralt, god service
Meget hyggelig service. Perfekt beliggenhet og bra frokost. Rommet var romslig, men litt mørkt. Air-condition virket ikke tilstrekkelig godt nok på mitt rom. 21-22 grader som laveste temperatur. Rommet lå i enden av hotellets korridor hvilket åpenbart var årsak til at wifi ikke fungerte godt nok. Måtte sitte meg i en stol nær døren for at det skulle fungere. Totalt sett vil jeg likevel anbefale dette hotellet.

Vi var kun i Genoa en natt. Valgte et hotell lett tilgjengelig fra togstajonen. Vi gikk lett til havnen her og fant en god restaurant. Etter god mat gikk vi opp mot hotellet og fant en koselig liten cafe, hvor vi koste oss noen timer. Det var en del støy fra gaten om natten og harde senger, noe som desverre gjorde helhetsinntrykket litt dårligere.

Dear guest, thank you for choosing HNN***. Our hotel is situated in one of the main streets of Genoa, so it is possible to perceive some noise coming from the street, even though there are double glasses windows. Your complaint about beds is quite unexpected, since all our beds are brand new with comfortable mattresses and nice sommiers.

Veldig flott rom for en billig pris. Resepsjonsområdet gir mer følelse av å være på et hostel, og det er ingen heis, men med mindre dette er et problem for deg vil jeg absolutt anbefale hotellet. Flott rom, hyggelig personale og veldig praktisk beliggenhet: rett ved havneområdet, og rett ved togstasjonen som har kortest avstand til flyplassen.

Esta propiedad es muy antigua y con un mantenimiento fatal. Las habitaciones son máximo para una persona; dos no caben cómodamente. El toallero y la puerta de la regadera estaban por caerse. La temperatura de la habitación, mucho más alta que en la calle, sin poder regularla. Sin recepción 24 horas. El aire acondicionado, inservible. Salvo que fuera una emergencia extrema, no recomiendo a nadie hospedarse aquí.

Great room for a family of 3
The room was such a perfect size for a family of 3 being a split level with 2 double beds. Everything was very clean and the reception staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and we were able to leave our luggage and the day of check-out to allow a bit more exploring of genoa.

A really lovely stay. Had a complimentary unexpected upgrade at check in which was a great touch! The apartment that i got given was lovely! Full of all the facilities you need and very clean and tidy. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station. About 10 mins from the ferry area and 15 mins walk to the old town. The location was fantastic with a few local reaturants a few doors down. Breakfast was really tasty. Nice selection and there was even some gluten free options which is a nice touch. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.
