The room leads to a balcony with a view of the courtyard, which is a pleasant space for outdoor relaxation.



The separate kitchen is a major advantage of the apartment, offering convenience and independence when preparing meals. The room is bright and offers a view of the characteristic shipyard area, giving it a unique, urban atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine, meeting all needs for both short and longer stays. An additional convenience is the dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for meals and coffee meetings. For guests' comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
