«We had issues right from check in. Get our room key. Get to the room and can’t get into the door. I call and we were told it happens often, to keep trying. At this point we would literally have to bust the door down. She sends maintenance, takes 10 minutes for him to get there. He couldn’t get it either. Sends us back up to the front to get a new room “if one is available”. Put our stuff back in the car. Go to front desk and they give us the room next to the first one. Door was sticking there ...

«Our room was clean and roomy for a family of four. The building seemed clean and smelled good. The shuttles were convenient to ride down to the waterpark, with friendly drivers. The kids had a blast at the waterpark, and we enjoyed having something indoor like that during cold weather. Towel service was convenient. Items in small shops and breakfast are expensive, but just go out or get some breakfast and snacks to keep in your room. »

«My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. Our room was clean and the amenities (full-sized fridge, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, etc.) were beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was exceptional. I also like its location close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. »
