Both bedrooms feature plush king beds and private access to two full bathrooms, while a queen pull-out sofa in the living area expands sleeping space to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. *NO PETS ALLOWED!

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

-Fireplace is inoperable during the summer months

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
