«Location is within reasonable walking distance to everything, including the conference center. Multiple locations to eat nearby. Room is very clean. Outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there, but other than that, room was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was that I made multiple requests for the property owner to contact me prior to arrival because our organization is tax exempt. Never heard from them.»

We did not see any bears but we’re on high alert after communication from host the morning of our arrival. We would definitely book this property again! Thanks for everything!»

«I rented this for a business meeting and town this week. I noticed that I had left my suit jacket and clothes in the closet. The owner was so nice and said we would take care of it right away and mail it back to me. He was accommodating and I will be back when to this location when I am back in town.»

«We loved our stay. We didnt realize how high we was going to be up the mountain. But the room was great and clean. We love that we saw bears almost everyday headed to the room. Will be back to visit»

«When booking online, you never know what you might end up with but this place exceeded expectations. Family friendly, kid friendly. The view was breathtaking as the description said and the location is perfect. Only 20 minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip! We will absolutely book in the future.»

«The description is exactly what it says, we were pleased with the experience. We only stayed 2 nights but it had a kitchenette in this room for anyone staying longer. There were white stains on the sheets for the pull out couch but we bring our own sheets anywhere we go so that’s a non issue for us. The decor is authentic for the Smokey mountains. Would for sure stay again if we ever needed.»
