    From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

    Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

Fall break 2024

Enjoyed the modern decor. Nice change of pace from the typical old-fashioned cabins seen around. Tall ceilings and windows, modern furniture, stainless appliances and very spacious. Can’t beat the views of the mountains during the day and Gatlinburg city lights at night. Bears are a real problem if you leave food in your car. Damage to other cars happened on 2 consecutive nights while we were there. Take advantage of a reserved covered spot if you have it available. The only issue was A/C circulation. It seems to be warmer in the master than in the other bedroom. I like it cool at night. Just an observation and not a deal breaker. The large windows also heated up the place from the morning sun. Satisfied overall and would definitely put it on the list to stay again.

A perfect mountain escape!!

The apartment was so beautifully decorated with thoughtful and aesthetic touches. It was impeccably clean and spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and spacious with all comforts one can dream of. The best part of our stay was the unobstructed view of the smoky mountains and downtown Gatlinburg from our living room and the bedroom balcony. The calm and serene atmosphere plus view made our stay million times worth. The kitchen was fully functional with pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster etc. This place is so close to all the major attractions that it made our trip to the downtown a piece of cake. We spent a lot of time in the pool which we all loved as a family. We absolutely loved our stay at the Highland of the Smokies and would definitely come back for sure!!

Simply Stunning...

We were 3 women traveling alone and we felt very safe here. Unit was super clean and felt like home with the tasteful decor. The grounds are maintained wonderfully and the pool and hot tub were clean and warm. We've been coming to this area with our children for 15 years and we have stayed in cabins and condos all with fantastic views, but we felt this was the closest feeling to the mountains yet. You feel engulfed in them when you are looking out the large windows of this unit! The only negative is the lightbulbs in the bathrooms...while gorgeous mood lighting, they do not work for getting ready purposes. Thankfully we had make-up mirrors along to help with this. Obviously, this would not deter us from staying again, however, we know to come prepared. We are already talking about when we can make it back!
