The room was clean and in a comfortable order. Only disappointment was queen bunk mattress was very thin, not so comfortable and no potato masher for Thanksgiving dinner, but we made due.

Overall, Condo was nice. Walls are a little thin and can hear people next to you or above, but the condo was clean upon arrival. Some things are renovated, some are outdated, but all in good working conditions and clean. Items are well stocked, with dish soap, sponges, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Communication was clear and timely. There was plenty of room for all. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the steep drive, but the 1/2 mile walk into town isn't bad at all. Overall, would stay here again at the reasonable price.

I’ve stayed in a couple different “condos” throughout out my adventures exploring the country. This was by far the Cleanest one I’ve been in. The Parking was Amazing. I never questioned my safety. Everything that was advertised was available. Justin was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the stay. Sadly we didn’t get to see any of the bears that were advertised. Hahaha! The Fantastic accommodations definitely were the icing on the cake. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to families or just a couple good friends looking to recharge from a hectic life schedule.

Great Stay In Gatlinburg

The condo was exactly as described, the bunk bed room was great for our kids. Location was close to downtown and parking at the condo was easy and convenient. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and helped make our stay great.

Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Okay, typically I’m not a complainer but we didn’t enjoy our stay. I’m extremely surprised none of the reviews mentioned the horrible beds. The king size bed was the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep in. It was extremely hard & lumpy. So we tried to sleep in the room with our kids on the bigger bed & it was just as hard. Both of the bigger beds feel as if we were sleeping on a lumpy floor. So we resorted to sleeping on the couch since we couldn’t find an air mattress. The listing also said there was a washer & dryer. The washer dryer combo didn’t work to dry anything. We tried to use it for a small load of socks & under garments & it didn’t dry at all. The walls & ceiling allowed all the noise to travel from our upstairs neighbors which was super loud. I’m glad we didn’t start our stay on the weekend or it would have been even more miserable. Also, I figured it was safer to use a hair dryer in the separate bathroom since it has a gfci outlet but as soon as the hair dryer turned on, the lights flickered. The listing description stated it had a working washer/dryer which was inaccurate. Vacations should be enjoyable but how can you enjoy a vacation with awful sleep. There was also broken glass in the parking lot near the entrance of the stairs close to the pool. Sure hope nobody walking to the pool was barefoot & picked up a piece.

Cute condo great view

Clean and cute! Fabulous view. Property exterior is bit dirty but not something owner can control. Interior Needs a bit of attention to be A+ property, fix leaking dishwasher, needs fully functioning hairdryer, touch up paint for white woodwork, 1 blind control broken, matted burned fam room rug, etc.

Excellent stay

Our family drove from Florida to enjoy a few summer days in the mountains. The host was amazing. Super quick to respond to any questions, and even provided us with fun things for our family to do. We loved the view, and it’s just minutes from downtown. The best part was seeing bears - every night of our stay at the condo!

We loved the location of this condo. Breakfast on the balcony in view of the mountains was amazing! Our host stayed in continuous communication with us throughout the time. Neighbors were kind, and we saw a bear on our way out!! I would love to return again soon.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Overall it was a restful stay. A few inconveniences (washer/dryer combo did not dry four items of clothing and took hours to run, dishwasher backs up into the sink, fooseball table is broken). Otherwise it was clean and functional for our family of five. Some better instructions on where the dumpster is located would have been helpful.

Nice location, bad experience

The property location was wonderful with a great view of downtown Gatlinburg. The condition of the property, however, was extremely disappointing. The property was not clean upon arrival as there was hair on the floors and bathroom walls. The master bathroom toilet ran, would hardly flush, and sometimes did not fill back up after flushing. The sink backed up every time we ran the water. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor. The foosball coffee table was a great idea but was entirely broken and non-functional (very disappointing for the kids). The washer/dryer single-unit machine took about 4+ hours to dry a load of laundry. There is more, but those are the main points. Justin the manager was kind and responsive and tried his best to help, but the property was in too much disrepair for us to enjoy our stay. They sent someone to repair the toilet float but because the toilet itself is not great it would still hardly flush. Whenever we tried to call the number for Justin the manager, the call would not go through. We had to text him every time and he would call us back. It seems the owners are not keeping the property in good shape which leads to a poor guest experience.
