You also have access to the Bent Creek Golf course & clubhouse that includes an outdoor pool and game room with Arcade games and pool tables, a children's playground, tennis courts, picnic tables, outdoor grills & cozy indoor fireplace, very comfortable and brand new Queen bedroom mattress, etc.

You may check yourself in without contact with anyone to enjoy your own private balcony, fireplace, full kitchen, dining & living room combo with this open floor plan plus a full private bathroom and a bedroom with great views of the mountains even while resting in bed or sitting in the living room with a fire burning! Or take a short walk to the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor tennis court, picnic tables, grills, playground, etc. with a short drive to the golf course also!

This Condo complex has went through some major renovations in 2022 to keep it looking fresh, clean & pristine!
