«We had a group of 6 get together to spend a weekend watching movies and football. The theater room was the perfect spot to do this. There are 10 recliners sitting on 2 levels and facing a big TV on the wall. It doesn’t get much better than that in terms of relaxation. «The location cannot be beat, IMO. It’s right before you get into the thick of Gatlinburg but on a side street backed up to the river. Surprisingly quiet. I found it very clean and tidy. Communication with host was friendly and quick. He also let us check in a bit early when we arrived sooner than anticipated.»

«Homey! plenty of inside room, clean, thoughtful bookshelves of games; driveway is apparently part of bear path down from mountain into town. I left my convertible top open and bears got in. I closed top but didn't lock doors, they got in again! They had opened the doors and needless to say, didn't close them when finished scavenging through car! no damage but very muddy inside and a few scratches. I'd definitely visit this VRBO again.:)»

The only disappointment was that there were no tables outside for us to sit stuff on or to eat at.
