«Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. «Incredible stay at The Empress. The staff could not be more warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Beautiful inside and out with many places to relax and enjoy everything it has to offer. Clean and superbly decorated and maintained. Excellent food, drinks and service at the raw bar and in the Bengal restaurant with other opportunities on the outdoor dining decks and tea room. «We (2) stayed in the comfort room for 8 days. When we first got here, we were a little disappointed with not having a standing shower in the room but overtime we made it work! The room itself was really clean and housekeeping came every single day. The staff here are incredibly kind and provided us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. «The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea.
