«I give this stay and the host a one star review. For anyone that is interested in staying at this home, be aware there is no central heat or air. It is also not listed in the description.We had booked 3 nights and left after 2 and had to find another place to stay. «The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. »

«We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater.
