«This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. A shower was added to the bathroom which was a wonderful addition. All of the main living areas look out over the bay. There are 2 screened porches which were so useful as well. «If we could give Lucia Bleu 6 stars, we would. Katy and Jeremy are incredible hosts! There was nothing they didn’t think of when it came to making us feel welcome. The cottage was the perfect size, decor was clean and comfortable. Cottage chic doesn’t begin to describe it. The location was so convenient to downtown and walking along the bay. A wonderful stay and we hope to return!»

«Dauphin pod was a great dog friendly place to stay for my husband and I. It was centrally located on the Island. The beach was about a .5 mile walk so I would suggest taking a little wagon to haul your beach gear. It was very clean and had all the essentials! Communication with the host was very quick.»

«The condo worked for the two of us! We did find the living room pull out bed to not have much support so we used the couch instead. There was also loose candy and wrappers under the pull out bed. Very well stocked with bath towels and rags. Great large closet in the bedroom. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed going to Beach Bums each morning for coffee about 10 minutes down the road!»

«We had a great time at this little cottage. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Kayaks, the outdoor patio, boat ramp all a huge plus. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the enclosed porch was a huge bonus. Quiet, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!»

«Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans ...

«If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.»
