Holiday Chalet "ZSAM" with hottub and sauna in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Each of the 5-star certified "ZSAM" chalets offers cozy exclusivity. Here you will find a unique ambience and space for up to 8 people in approximately 165 m². The chalets were newly built in 2022 to the highest environmental standards and feature a heat pump and an electric charging station.
On the ground floor of each chalet is a spacious living/dining room with a sofa area, ethanol stove, flat-screen TV, Sonos speakers, and a cozy dining area. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines, refrigerator, and wine refrigerator leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a guest toilet. On the first floor, you will find three cozy bedrooms (each with a double bed and a smart TV). Two of the bedrooms also have an open gallery with a sofa bed (145 x 190 cm). Two spacious and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets ensure a pleasant feeling of well-being. One of the bathrooms also has a sauna (sauna infusions, sauna towels, and bathrobes are provided for you). The comfortably furnished outdoor balcony invites you to cool off or sunbathe. The heated hot tub in the garden offers a great feel-good experience for young and old alike in every season.
The covered terrace adjoining the living room, with its gas grill and comfortable furniture, is sure to become one of your favorite places. Our younger guests and your four-legged friends can play in the garden while you relax on the deck chairs. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a high chair and a baby cot are also available. For dogs, we are happy to provide a dog bed and a drinking bowl.
Parking for up to 2 cars is available directly at the house, and bicycles and skis can be stored in the lockable storage room.
The historic Ludwigstraße in Partenkirchen, with its various shopping and dining options, the Olympic Ski Stadium, and the Eckbauer Mountain Railway are all within walking distance, about 15 minutes on foot. The pedestrian zone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, tourist information center, spa gardens, casino, theater, and much more can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or by local bus (free with guest card). Here, too, there are a variety of restaurants for culinary enjoyment during your vacation.
