The Grapefruit House - Villa con piscina

The villa is a stone farmhouse used in ancient times as an olive press. The house is immersed in the greenery of a beautiful olive grove in the typical Ligurian landscape arranged on three terraces. It is located in the ancient medieval village of Castelli, in the municipality of Garlenda and is a small village on a hill behind the famous town of Alassio in Western Liguria and a stone's throw from the Garlenda golf course.
The house accommodates up to 10 people and is divided into two parts: the main building with 3 bedrooms, and the barbecue area with 2 bedrooms and the swimming pool. In the main house there are three double bedrooms, In the bbq area, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a 2-bed room with separate bathroom with shower, accessible with a covered staircase of 3 steps. Both the internal and external kitchen are perfectly equipped. In the pool below (12 x 5 m, 1.40 m deep) there are deckchairs and sun loungers for sunbathing.
