«I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else. I booked another room by paying again but the money for the original reservation is gone. I would have been fine losing the ...

«Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel.»

«Water pressure in the shower was horrible. After traveling all I wanted was a nice hot shower to relax and what I got was some spit. The beds were hard. Little brown bugs came out of sink faucet when initially turned on. Other than that room was clean »

«Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay. »

«Don’t know what all the positive reviews are for this place but it’s a “get what you pay for” type of motel. Typical 70 yr old+ roadside motel with an obvious emphasis on cutting costs wherever possible, from no breakfast to old crappy furniture, threadbare towels and uncomfortable mattresses with no blankets. Typical window AC that runs too loud to sleep. Would strongly not recommend. Last motel 6 I stayed at was FAR superior to this dump.»

«It’s not a hotel but a motel. Room smells like smoke, landline phone didn’t work, no hair dryer, toilet stopped up and I was told to come to the front desk and get a plunger. My wife and didn’t stay and asked for refund and they wouldn’t. Beware of Quality Inn!!!»
