Vertshus i Gargrave

«Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend»

«Vi bestilte to netter — og forlenget til i fire. Vi ankom The Red Lion i midten av juli som en familie på fire (to tenåringer) på bilferie gjennom England, med to netter bestilt. Vi trivdes så godt at vi forlenget til fire — og de ansatte lot oss vennlig nok beholde det flotte rommet vårt i Manor House hele oppholdet, noe som sier mye om hvor imøtekommende de var. «I did worry a little bit as I check in at the bar in a pub, but it turned out to be for no good reason. The staff was very friendly, and the room is one of the nicest ones I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner too. The lamb shank in particular was delicious! I really enjoyed my stay here!»

«Wonderful location and lovely building. Staff were friendly & helpful, & food excellent!»

«Fin plass å utforske bronte's verden. Ca 7 min gange til museet. Koslig pub med god mat. Var ikke frokostservering, men flere steder som lager god frokost få min unna. »

«Everything was fine really. Just the carpets were very old and stained. Great breakfast and dinner was nice. Beds need a little upgrade.»

«We stayed for two nights and while the room could best be described as adequate, the public areas are spacious, clean and well-decorated. There’s a large car park; the food’s delicious and the staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Although the room was small and a bit dingy, we’d stay again simply because the people are so nice.»

«Clean comfortable room. Good TV. Modern bathroom but need to replace the black mouldy silicone in shower and sink!»

«Very basic bed to sleep in prior to early morning flight. Tiny bathroom, small room, squeaky floor - this was not holiday accommodation but fine for what we needed.»

«Flott pub med hyggelige ansatte og nydelig mat.»

«Sted 10/10, mat 11/10, folkene 12/10. Anbefales!!»
