«Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent. »

«Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in.
Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to ...

«Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment.
Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.»

«Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. »

«The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance.
The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded ...
