«Great location. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast.»

«Room was lovely and bright, could just see the estuary in the distance. Comfy bed, bathroom was small. Food was great, even served roast on Sun evening and it was delicious. We ate both nights of our stay, food was delicious and restaurant really busy which is a good sign. Staff and locals were very friendly. All in all a great find.»

«Excellent location, spacious room, great breakfast, beautiful balcony with amazing views, and more importantly very nice and helpful staff 🙏👏»

«Amazing property, well managed, thoughtfully and professionally»

«Well looked after breakfast really good nice and friendly all the time good holiday»

«A very lovely, clean and welcoming B&B. Debbie and Rich were excellent hosts, and provided tips on the various activities to try and things to do.An ideal location and easily accessible to the seafront and amenities.»

«I had such a lovely stay here. It may be a modest B&B, but it was absolutely excellent, and as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after. My single room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a lovely en-suite and a big window. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and even the little details were thought of — when I arrived, the owner brought me a bottle of cold water, which was such a lovely welcome. «Wonderful place, very close to the town with its restaurants etc. in walking distance. Nice parking. A Nice walk about close with a wonderful view of the riviera. Close to Kent’s caverns which the whole family found interesting. Loved John and the rest of the staff. Really want to get back to Haytor. »

«Excellent Guest House! Good location, very friendly hosts, nice rooms, and lovely breakfast. Highly recommendable.»

«As a tourist with visionchallages its not a hotel I will reccomend»

«Clean, cosy, well equipped, well situated, friendly welcome. Only stayed one night, but a comfortable evening and woke well rested for work. Definitely coming back.»
