This was my first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! The room, amenities, and dining options were great! The pools are spacious and plenty of room for all guests.

In an effort to cut staff and save money, guests are required to check-in at a self-serve kiosk. I'm a very technical person who flies commercial jets for a living and it took me three attempts to get my keys from the machine. And, even then, I needed assistance from an overwhelmed staff member who was quite snippy and talked to me like I was an idiot. There were at least ten kiosks being used and I'd guess that at least 50 percent of the people using them were frustrated and required additional help. I heard a lot of F-bombs going off. I personally think it sucks when companies like this are making me do all the work. Sorry, I don't work for you. Make it easy. Hire more people. If you can't afford it, raise the room rates by 5$. I swear, by the time we got the the room I was spitting tacks. Also...just an FYI. Don't get a room facing Fremont. The horrible "Fremont Experience" is loud AF and good luck trying to get a hold of a human to help you change rooms. The rooms are nice and a good price, but I won't stay there again.
