"This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

"We were looking for a place for the family to stay while in town for our daughters college graduation. The size and location allowed us to easily get to the college and not have to worry about where the family would stay. If traveling with a medium to large group, I'd recommend this house."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. I had to message the property manager a few times because I made an error on my booking. Their response was quick and very courteous. The place was clean and the beds were so comfy and soft! It is located close to the shopping mall and a few great dinning spots."

"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"

"This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!"

"The property is located on big lot with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Fire pit was perfect spot to have a conversation with family and friends. Outdoor patio is outfitted with grill and bar. We enjoyed our stay at this property and will come back again."

"The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault."

"A few comments: The bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable. There is a lack of comfortable seating in living room and bedroom. Needs some chairs. The fan in the toilet was not working. Carpet needs cleaning. Appreciate the snacks and the promptness of contact with the owners."

"Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. "
