«This was a super cute place that we all loved! We were there for Dale Hollow so we didn’t get to spend much time in this VRBO but the place was spotless. It was adorably decorated. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the back deck every morning and used the blackstone for breakfast. Access to the property was easy and communication with the owner was fast and friendly. We would definitely stay again! 10 out 10 recommend.»

«We stayed there for the weekend, while we had an event in Red Boiling Springs Tn. It's a beautiful place, in a nice quiet little town. The inside was a nice modern looking interior and very clean. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely recommend this place.P.S. Just a heads up though, if you're a bigger guy like me, you will be cramped when using the bathroom. «Perfect overnight stay right in the heart of a beautiful, walkable area close to shops. Grocery and gas a quick drive nearby. Parking was convenient right in front of the entry door. No problems with entry. The instructions were clear and accurate. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed plus some extras to make us feel welcome. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Lovely all around.»

Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!»
