«One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). «I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .»

«Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I dropped a item on the floor and was able to see under the AC unit it was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I've stayed at this property before and was satisfied. I would return however I will check room for clean standards. Not crazy with dogs in hotels but that's the way of the world.»

«Our room was super dirty, there was only one staff and he didn’t offer us any help. He didn’t want to change our room, nor clean it and he was mean. Our room had red stains on the floor, there was hair everywhere and dirt, old keys in the room and the bath was yellow. The premises look abandoned, there’s probably mold everywhere and we almost got stuck on the elevator. The guy driving the AirPort shuttle was going 60 in a 30 mph area, and cutting cars and it was actually scary.»

«The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable andwe liked the separate living area. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had, and fixing our TV when we couldn't figure it out. Plenty of parking, but there were huge potholes around the back parking.»
