«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. «Super service !!! Hicham et Ibtissam (les hôtes) sont d’un accueil ultra chaleureux. Ils sont aux petits soins tout le temps et a n’importe quel moment. Le riad est bien situé par rapport a la medina. Mais attention seul bémol hyper difficilement accessible en voiture et faut marcher entre le parking en extérieur et la medina pour y arriver. »

«We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The style was very vintage with modern facilities and the location is great. It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina.
