Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. «I got a warm welcome when I arrived at Riad Myra, and my room was great. The bathroom was also very nice, and both room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. For breakfast, homemade yoghurt was among all the tasty things I got. Riad Myra is a very beautiful riad, located close to the Blue gate. The riad has a very kind, service minded and helpful staff, I will always remember my stay there, and can definitely recommend Riad Myra to others travelling to Fes.»

«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool.
