Buenos días desde Fuerteventura! En primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecerle que haya seleccionado el H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique Hotel para su estancia en la maravillosa isla de Fuerteventura. Los comentarios de nuestros huéspedesson muy valiosos para nosotros, ya que nos permiten mejorar continuamente el servicio cumpliendo con sus expectativas y por tanto su experiencia en H10 Hotels. Nos gustaría agradecerle que haya depositado su confianza en nosotros una vez más y también que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartir sus comentarios sobre su estancia en nuestro hotel. Sin embargo durante su estancia no hemos tenido constancia de nuestro servicio de limpieza no era de su agrado. Si nos lo hubiera comunicado cuando se encontraba en el hotel, podríamos haberle ayudado a cambiar dicha opinión. En cuanto a la mala calidad de la comida, entendemos que es una opinión muy subjetiva y no será del agrado de todos nuestros huéspedes. Aún así será un placer volver a recibirle en el H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique Hotel o en cualquier otro H10 Hotels, que ahora cuenta con 66 hoteles en 22 destinos diferentes. Saludos cordiales.

Sehr geehrter Gast,Zunächst einmal möchten wir uns bei Ihnen bedanken, dass Sie uns erneut Ihr Vertrauen geschenkt haben und sich zusätzlich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihren Kommentar zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel mitzuteilen.Vorrangig bedauern wir jedoch sehr die Probleme, die seit Ihrer Ankunft aufgetreten sind.Wir haben uns unsererseits bemüht, Lösungen für technische Probleme zu finden, die nunmal leider unangekündigt auftreten können.Wir haben unser Bestes getan, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Urlaub nicht durch die von Ihnen mitgeteilte Lärmbelästigung und den Geruchsvorfall gestört wurde, allerdings wurden diese Vorkommnisse besonders durch die schlagartige Wetteränderung negativ beeinflusst.Der Tropensturm, der kurzfristig angekündigt wurde, ist ein seltenes Phänomen, das in unseren Gefilden nur äußerst selten vorkommt (der letzte vor knapp 7 Jahren), von daher sind die Gebäude durch die andere Bausubstanz nicht darauf vorbereitet, so viel Wasser aufzunehmen.Wir entschuldigen uns auch für das Problem mit der Wifi-Verbindung, die durch den besagten Tropensturm auf der gesamten Insel nur zumTeil oder gar nicht nutzbar war. Allerdings haben wir dafür gesorgt, dass alle Gäste einen Zugang zum gegenüberliegenden Hotel bekamen, wo die Verbindung stabiler war..Unsere Mitarbeiter*Innen haben die notwendigen Vorkehrungen getroffen, damit Sie Ihr Zimmer wechseln können, und wir möchten Sie auch freundlich darauf hinweisen, dass Sie für die entstandenen Probleme eine Entschädigung erhalten haben.Ihre Kritik wird definitiv unsere nächsten geplanten Verbesserungsinnovationen beeinflussen und dafür möchten wir uns gerne bei Ihnen bedanken!Es wäre uns eine große Freude, Sie wieder zu begrüßen und Ihren Eindruck, diesmal ohne Tropensturm, wiederherzustellen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we were forced to limit our capacity of sun loungers at the pool to guarantee the norm to allow for social distancing.
