Fairly ok.
The Bungalow has a good size and the beds are ok (many places beds are bad, so this is a plus). There are some small facilities in the area and overall it is ok. On the negative side, the security boxes are very small (extra fee). The "premium" paid internet is not working well, if you have premium price internet, you have to make sure it works, otherwise you have to give it for free. There is no noise dampening between the room and often it sounds like the neighbors are inside your bungalow!!! The breakfast is 6euro with drinks included but you will find better for same place elsewhere. The area is very touristy in a negative way and you will need a rental car to get about. When that is said, the place if ok, and you can enjoy there as long as you are aware of the shortfalls.

Used the bungalow as a base to tour the island on a motorbike. Friendly and professional staff. Proximity to the airport meant that a taxi costs less than €20, worth bearing in mind as taxis are expensive. The bungalow itself, curiously has both a front and rear door enabling a good flow of air and alternate places to sit during the day. Whilst aspects of the interior were undoubtably tired, such as the kitchen units and bathroom fittings, the interior paint was in good condition and the bungalow was cleaned regularly to a high standard by the domestic staff, limited cooking utensils are available, so easy notes is the order of the day. Swimming pool is huge, quality of the water was very good and disinfected with salt instead of chlorine. There are also some excellent, reasonably priced restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance from the development. Unfortunately, there is a considerable amount of work taking place to the front of the complex to improve the roads and drainage which necessities having to (in my case) ride around the block to get back into the car park, a minor inconvenience. Lastly, perfect location for those who ‘spot planes’ because the complex is on the flight path of landing aircraft. On balance, more positives than negatives, worked fir me.

I didn,t like being on the flight path.Fridge in the room was too low down.There wasn,t any airconditioning and no fan.I liked the service in reception.The people around the place were helpful and friendly.

The stuff wasn't helpful at all . This place isn't family friendly as they didn't even have a highchair for babies . Any time I asked for it, they said "I'll speak to my boss " that was for 9 days . Really sad . And also found cockroaches in our apartment in the kitchen and next to out bed . Would come back and wouldn't recommend it either as the food is horrible, no fresh food, everything frozen or caned . I do appreciate everything in life , but this place is just so much disappointment. Sorry about the harsh words , but this is the truth .

La habitación aceptable, el baño Muy antiguo y descuidado, el telefonillo no se sostenia y la bañera muy vieja. Estuvimos 3 noches con sus 4 días no nos cambiaron ningún día las toallas. Los precios que nos ofrecen en la web no coinciden con el del hotel. El desayuno aparece a 4€ por persona y luego al llegar son 7€. La piscina muy bien y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Good for England winter avoidance
Very efficient friendly check in.Clean appartment. Nice that you now have free loungers on your own porch. Pool lovely but freezing so not used more than once. Would have liked informing that they were working on plumbing as got covered with gush of black water. Overall very happy with our stay as convenient for town and bus station and it was a good price and would happily return

Lovely spot
We had a great stay here. Basic great value accommodation but has everything you need and has a lovely communal/pool area. Our neighbours were playing very loud music one night until 2am and when we complained the next morning reception promptly sorted it out. Would stay again!!

Again can't fault this place, value for money,
The stay was very good,that is my second time staying there, well located,beside all bars and restaurants, the apartments are keep clean,all seemed to be freshly painted,and a little modrenised ,they are basic but all we needed,I would have no problem staying there again.staff were very pleasant, came around a lot to clean room, nice big pool,and pool bar, plenty of sun beds, even some at each apartment,handy men keeping the complex looking good

So lala...
Wir waren das 3. Mal in dieser App.-Anlage. Wir wussten, dass die Ausstattung nicht die neueste ist. Aber für uns liegt sie verkehrsmässig günstig. Als Deutscher hat man es dort schwer. Das Personal spricht nur spanisch und auch nur teilweise englisch. Während unserer Zeit dort wurde die Straße, welche durch die Anlage führt, aufgerissen. Leider gab es keine Informationen für die Gäste, wo man nun parken könnte, dass man nun einen anderen Weg durch die Anlage nehmen musste etc. Das hätte in meinen Augen zum Service gehört. Auch als unsere Wasserversorgung nicht ganz in Ordnung war, wurde diese erst nach dreimaliger Aufforderung „versucht“ zu reparieren. Fazit: die Anlage ist veraltet, es werden nur notdürftige Arbeiten erledigt, Gästeinformationen gibt es keine oder wenige.. nur die Sauberkeit ist top. Es wird jeden 2. Tag geputzt. Wer mit wenig zufrieden ist, ist dort richtig. Wir wahrscheinlich nicht mehr.
