"Excellent stay for our whole family We stayed here for seven nights, from October 3rd to October 10th, as a large family of eight spread across three rooms. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We were located on the 3rd, 7th, and 9th floors, which was actually by choice. Some of us wanted to stay as high up as possible, while others preferred a lower floor. The hotel accommodated all of our requests perfectly, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the buffet offered everything we could have asked for. There was a great selection of food, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the chocolate fountain, which was a huge hit with our 7-year-old and seemed equally popular with many of the other children staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try the dinner service, as we spent most of our days exploring the area and usually ate out. That just gives us another reason to come back and try it on a future visit. The hotel's lobby and reception area are beautiful and create an excellent first impression upon arrival. The location is another major strength. It's within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Bioparc, the train station, Sould Park, and most of the area's main attractions. For an active family that likes to explore, it was the perfect base. Overall, we had a very successful and enjoyable stay."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel surroundings are lovely, an we really enjoyed the view from our balcony. The beach is just nearby. The location is very convenient, with train station about a 10-minute long walk away, making it easy to get from/to the airport and as well as directly to Malaga. There are also plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area. The only thing that could be improved a little is the cleanliness, especially in the restaurant area. Apart from that, everything was good and we were happy wit our stay."

"The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Most of the plates were consistently dirty, as if they had been washed by hand without proper cleaning. The dishes and glasses had a strong unpleasant odor, which made using them uncomfortable. The breakfast menu remained exactly the same throughout our 09-day stay, with no variety or changes at all. There were also a large number of flies around the buffet every day, yet the hotel made no effort to control the problem. They did not use any fly traps or take any visible measures to keep the buffet area clean and hygienic. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and even after the room was cleaned, the housekeeping staff did not refill or replace it. In addition, the hallways had a very unpleasant smell, as if the floors were being mopped with a dirty mop that had not been properly cleaned."
