The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a washing machine, making it ideal for short or longer stays.



Please note that this is a non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and fresh environment for all guests.



Depending on your arrival time and our availability, we will be happy to welcome you in person at the property and hand over the keys. If that is not possible, you can conveniently collect the keys from our office in Fuengirola.



The Space:

Please be informed that due to renovation works, the large swimming pool will be closed from 30/09/2026 until further notice. During this time, the smaller pool is still open and available.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
