"The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Most of the plates were consistently dirty, as if they had been washed by hand without proper cleaning. The dishes and glasses had a strong unpleasant odor, which made using them uncomfortable.
The breakfast menu remained exactly the same throughout our 09-day stay, with no variety or changes at all.
There were also a large number of flies around the buffet every day, yet the hotel made no effort to control the problem. They did not use any fly traps or take any visible measures to keep the buffet area clean and hygienic.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and even after the room was cleaned, the housekeeping staff did not refill or replace it.
In addition, the hallways had a very unpleasant smell, as if the floors were being mopped with a dirty mop that had not been properly cleaned."
