«Oppholdet var noe bedre enn middels. Vi burde ja vært tilbudt rom-service med enkel servering da vi ankom, restauranten var full og det var lite åpent i Ludlow. Siste natt gikk brannalarmen bananas og vekket oss 5 ganger før de klarte å skru den av. En god del støy fra puben over gata til over midnatt.»

«Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. «The room wa clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. There were a couple of 'issues' when we arrived. TWe couldn't get the bedside lights to work and the radiator was very noisy and not heating. We mentioned this to the staff and both issues were sorted straight away (the fuse switch on the wall had been turned off, hence the lights not working and th radiator had an airlock and needed to be bled).There is some noise from the bar below but this ends when the bar closes at 10.30 and then ...
