👋 Hey there! We’re an award-winning hotel that nods to maritime gone by and levels-up Friday Harbor lodging. Penthouse 3 is the perfect pad for your family or pals. This two-level Penthouse is right on the edge of town and across the street from the active harbor.


🚶‍♂️ All Penthouses are accessed by climbing *lots* of exterior stairs (no elevators) but they’re worth the climb. Plus our Experience Ambassadors are happy to assist if you need a hand with luggage. 💪


🎯 We’re smack in the middle of Friday Harbor so you’re steps away from all of the harbor town hustle and bustle. If you ask us, Friday Harbor is the best throwback town around. Enjoy endless opportunities to imbibe at whimsical watering holes, find foodie faves, stroll seaside shops and galleries, or launch an island-wide expedition.

📝 Dig Deets

Penthouse 3 tips the tape at 1,475 ft² and offers comfort for a crowd (maximum occupancy of seven guests) on two levels.

⬆️ Top Level: Kitchen/Dining/Living/Half Bath

You'll walk across the harbor-view deck to enter the Penthouse kitchen and dining area that flow to the living space. You'll be able to sneak a peek of the harbor from the front corner of the living room. You might even enjoy washing dishes - there's a peek at the harbor from the kitchen-side, too.

⬇️ Bottom Level: Two Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms

Two bedrooms; one King and one Queen. While the King bedroom doesn't offer a view, it does feature a sitting area, work desk, TV, Twin Sofa that could be a sleeping surface, separate exterior door, and attached washroom with a steam shower.

The Queen bedroom is across the hall from the King and gets lots of light. The attached washroom offers a tub with shower as well as a dual sink vanity and clothes washer/dryer.

😴 Slumber.

We wrap our pillow-top mattresses with the softest sheets on the island and top ‘em off with smushable down-alternative pillows and cuddly comforters. Room-darkening window coverings along with a sliding barn door for the Queen bedroom and hinged door for the King bedroom help snuggle you INN.

*Room darkening window coverings are not available upstairs in the living room.


🚿 Washrooms.

Queen: Heated tile floors, a dual sink vanity, luxurious soaps and lotion, and cotton waffle weave towels are standard fare. Bonus: There's a full size clothes washer and dryer in the closet.

King: Heated tile floors, a single sink vanity, luxurious soaps and lotion, and cotton waffle weave towels are standard fare. Bonus: add steam to your shower experience.

Upstairs: A convenient powder room is available on the upper level.


👨‍🍳 Kitchen.

Full-size appliances: microwave, coffee maker, food processor, sub-zero fridge with freezer and ice-maker, gas range and oven, and high efficiency dishwasher.

Packing schmacking. We'll set you up with paper towels, liquid hand and dish soaps, dishwasher pods, clothes washer pods, and wool dryer balls.

🍽️ There’s a long glass dining table adjacent to the kitchen that'll seat seven comfortably.

👨‍🍳 You’re well-equipped for cooking. We offer place settings, silverware, serviceware, pots, pans, measuring cups, cookie trays, and cooking utensils. If you’re wondering if we’ve got a specialty item, ask. We’ll see what we can do.

Interior: The kitchen/living/dining space is open and airy so you can keep tabs on everyone. Three sofas surround a gas fireplace. There's even a peek-a-boo view of the harbor.

😎 Exterior: Walk straight out on to a great deck with views of the harbor!

Heating and air conditioning is available upstairs and downstairs.

🚘 We include *ONE* on-site garage parking spot per booking. Additional garage parking spots might be bookable (based on availability) at $21/night + tax. There's also street parking around town if you bring more than one vehicle. If you opt for street parking, please know that the closest street parking spots are usually monitored for two-hour limits 8am - 5pm daily.


⛴️ If you'd rather not bring your ride, we're just steps away from the Washington State Ferry terminal and float plane dock.
