«We had an amazing stay at Rose Mountain Lodge! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well cared for. Every detail was thought through — from the cozy bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen to the outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. «The value for the price was acceptable. View was outstanding! Staff came and addressed a concern immediately. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. The room is generally old and tired. Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair. «We liked that the property was within easy walking distance of downtown. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks and a nice hot shower. A few details to improve would be that some burners on the gas stove didn't work. The fan on the microwave would not turn off unless you unplugged it it had an error code s2d2. Also some pans had loose handles. Otherwise it was convenient clean and cozy.»

«Incredible place. Stone’s throw from the ocean, with a beautiful beach to walk forever. Saw gray whales which was incredible. House is great, with beautiful views from bedroom of ocean and the lights of Victoria in the distance. Hot tub perfect. Loved watching the fighter jets take off and land.
