«We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. «We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. «Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. «The beds were very comfy, the grounds were nice with a pond and a little pasture with goats. These looked brand new! The bathroom was huge. Everything was very nicely laid out. Note: the beds up in the loft are comfy but there is definitely not a lot of room up there - it is basically a crawl space our boys were able to situp in bed, but they are 5'11 and 5'9.
