«The condo overall was really nice, clean, stocked and well maintained. Enough room for us and our kids for a weekend. Really nice view of the pool as well. There was an issue with the air conditioning nest control. We would set the temperature around 70 before bed because it did get hot fast and that is the temp we typically are comfortable sleeping at. «Brenda was a wonderful host. Very easy instructions on arrival. Although the exterior of the complex seems dated, don’t let that fool you. They are constantly upgrading and doing on going maintenance. The interior was beautiful and looked like it was recently renovated. The condos are on the edge of town. You are away from most of the activity in town, which I consider a good thing. If you like to be where the action is, it’s only a few miles down the road. I enjoyed my time there immensely. »

«The condo was exactly as displayed we enjoyed our stay . The grandson enjoyed the swimming pool and quick access to the beach close enough but still secluded . «We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Galveston Island. This will be the second time we stayed at Maravilla condos, but the first time in this specific condo. As expected, Maravilla condos are an excellent place to stay. We love the outdoor pool area and the cleanliness of the space. This particular condo was excellent! «The dryer was not functional - extremely loud screeching noise-notified owner and maintenance. No response from maintenance; owner said thank you for letting us know. Obvious they knew it was not functional. Made it hard to dry beach/pool towels. Front bedroom has an aggravating low hum from the modem. Maintenance relocated and stopped for one night and then got louder. Unpleasant trying to go to sleep. Can’t believe I am first to call to their attention. Sad!»
