the room was average and shower was not working properly, i asked reception for some to look at it and they never showed up... at check out i was accused of not paying for the room, when it actually was pre-paid. I explained that i was pre-paid and howed the receipt. I explained that I only had to pay for dinner I had. The receptionist charged my card anyway for more than €550.Then when she hand the reciept, it was the wrong room. Rude and very unprofessional and didnt even apologise, i had to ask for an aplogy ! Never again will I stay there or with Sheraton.

Good alternative when arriving late or departing early from Frankfurt airport. Easy travel to Frankfurt city with the S-bahn if you have time.

The hotel is extremely convenient when transiting through Frankfurt. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food at the relaxed Eatery (a kind of upscale Starbucks and bar) was really good! We didn’t try the more formal sit down restaurant, since we were only there for the day, but the menu looked appetizing. We’ll stay there again on the evening before our upcoming international flight.

Most convenient to have lodging in the airport. Perfect as expected from a Marriott corporation. A very loooong walk to the gate though, over a mile.

Perfekter Start in den Urlaub. Sehr geräumige Zimmer sehr groß Zum fliegen ideal. Die Terminals direkt vom Hotel zu erreichen was will man mehr. Wenn ich nochmals von Frankfurt fliegen sollte komme ich aufjedenfall nochmal

This was a wonderful way to spend a 15 hour layover! Easy walk from the airport, easy and high hospitality ck in, quiet, comfortable, easy walk back to the airport the next morning to ck in for my flight. And at a very reasonable price for on-site lodging. 2nd best decision of my trip!

Very convenient right in the airport. Now that the sky train is working again, it’s easy to get to Terminal 3 if you need to. No more riding that awful bus.

Properly is beautiful, rooms were clean and exactly what we are looking for. But please look at your invoice…we have been charged a breakfast of roughly 80.00 Canadian that we did not have. Still working it out with the hotel, although they say we had it. You have to check in for the dining and we said look at your cameras and check with the breakfast staff and your records. No response yet, hopefully they will make it right.

Excellent hotel in the airport. Large clean and quite rooms. Amazing breakfast and if you like German food you should definitely visit the German/bar restaurant in the basement. Also all the personnel is very helpful and friendly. We definitely will come back again!
