Luftig og flott hotell - resepsjon i 22.etasje :)
Et fantastisk hotell! Store rom, rent og luftig! Resepsjonen er i 22.etg, så ikke noe særlig hvis du har høydeskrekk. Lokalisert midt i Frankfurt skyline - anbefales! Men ikke alt er 100% - resepsjonen ligger i rett ved siden av en skybar - mye støy hvis du kommer sent på kvelden. Vi opplevde store utfordringer med å kommunisere med betjeningen, noe som førte til at vi kun fikk tildelt tre av fire rom- alle var betalt og bekreftet av Hotels.com. Lang diskusjon og regelrett krangling før vi fikk det siste.

Bra hotel med god frokost
Hotellet ligger veldig centralt ved Tahirplassen og egyptis museum. Fantastisk god frokost og delig stor seng med mange myke puter. stortsett bra standard hotel. Rengjøring av badet, badekar er som alt annet i Egypt ,mangelfull Det finnes ikke restauranter og andre serverdigheter i område men den er full av slur mennesker som gjør alt for å lure turistene til sine butikker og flå dem for pengene. Triksen de bruker er å gjenta "please accept Egyptian hospitality"

Traveled for business and was recommended this hotel. The staff was all welcoming and professional. Receptionist Tom assisted me with the early check-in and also complementary breakfast.

The hotel is outdated, everything inside is worn out and shabby. The facilities are simply too old to even consider using. The lobby zone is tiny, no space for any meetings or work. Breakfast was very modest, with barely any options. Moreover the staff was unfriendly. My jacket which was closed in a bag and left in reception as a package has disappeared and they didn’t even bother looking for it. The only good thing was the stunning view. Would definitely not recommend, complete dissatisfaction.

The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.

Das Hotel ist schon 20 Jahre alt und das Styling der Inneneinrichtung ist aus der Zeit. Man könnte mal die Inneneinrichtung auf Vordermann bringen und dann wäre es fünf Sterne. Ansonsten ist alles sauber, die Bar ist wunderbar mit herrlichem Ausblick und sehr netten Personal. Das Fitness und die Sauna haben wir leider nicht benutzt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir haben den Ausblick auf die Stadt genossen.

Sehr cool ist, dass das Hotel in einem Wolkenkratzer ist und man einen wirklich schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und ggf. auf andere Wolkenkratzer hat. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht vieles fußläufig. Personal und Service sind auch sehr gut. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Kamer recht tegenover een bouwplaats, dus om 6 uur al wakker door lawaai. Geluiddichte muren: we konden de bovenbuurman horen rondlopen. Branddeur naast de kamer bonkte zo hevig dat de kamer er van schudde. Beloofde badjaasen en pantoffels niet aanwezig, kluisje op de kamer ook niet. Vlekken op de vloer, fonteintje bij toilet lekte (niet te gebruiken, werd dan echt een fonteintje). Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt goed, uitzicht nog steeds spectaculair (wren al vaker hier geweest).

Beste gast,Fijn dat u de tijd nam voor een review.We zijn blij om te lezen dat jullie ons personeel vriendelijk vonden en dat jullie genoten hebben van het ontbijt en het spectaculaire uitzicht. We betreuren echter de problemen die jullie hebben ondervonden tijdens jullie verblijf. Het spijt ons over het lawaai van de bouwplaats en de geluidsoverlast van de bovenbuurman. Onze kamers zijn voorzien van geluidsdichte muren, maar het lijkt erop dat dit in jullie geval niet voldoende was. We zullen het ontbreken van badjassen, pantoffels en kluisje in de kamer intern bespreken om ervoor te zorgen dat alle kamers correct zijn uitgerust. We bieden onze excuses aan voor het ongemak met betrekking tot de vlekken op de vloer en het lekkende fonteintje bij het toilet. We zullen dit met onze schoonmaak- en onderhoudsteams bespreken om verbeteringen aan te brengen.Tot slot waarderen we jullie terugkerende bezoeken aan ons hotel!Met warme groeten en graag tot een volgende keer,D. Located on the 29th floor which required us to stop at the 22 and then call for another elevator every time. Small apartment layout with kitchenette but without any utensils to use the appliances. Overall a good, clean and central location. Just those minor details that could make the experience much better

This hotel was so much fun. Being at the top of the tower, there seem to be incredible views no matter which room you get. The staff was so friendly, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we need.

Alles schrecklich sowie der personal auch die Zimmer Ausstattung was nicht funktioniert und die Mitarbeiter kennen sich auch nicht damit aus !

I've stayed here a number of times over the last few years and have always been pleased with the facility and staff. It is like having your own apartment in the center of Frankfurt with the added feature of a bird's eye view of the city.
