The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 10 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for children or additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The property also includes a kitchenette fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that the 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via 7 steps.
