Traditional cottage in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Polruan, with access to all Cornwall has to offer, and pretty Fowey with its pubs and restaurants, just a short ferry ride away. The village itself has a small shop, bakery, cafe and a couple of good pubs which serve food. There is a ferry service to Fowey which runs every 15 minutes, giving access to further shops, restaurants and pubs. There is only one road into Polruan, which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach, making the village a quiet and peaceful destination to retreat to. It is ideally situated for visiting attractions such as The Eden Project (16 miles) or Ferryside, where Daphne Du Maurier wrote her first novel. The property also offers easy access to the South West Coast Path.

Enter the terrace cottage and into a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and stylish interiors, the perfect spot to sit and relax whilst watching the Smart TV. Moving through to the well-equipped kitchen, which features modern units and a handy breakfast bar, ideal for a light lunch or reading the local newspaper with a morning coffee. There is a back door leading out to the beautiful gardens. Upstairs, the light, bright modern interiors continue into the two bedrooms, the first a beautiful king-size with lots of natural light and a peaceful ambience. The next is another king-size bedroom, again with lots of light and a great place to savour a relaxing lie-in. In between the bedrooms is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful garden which is accessed via steps and leads up to the lawn with a seating area and a summerhouse. The perfect spot to relax and dine alfresco after a long day exploring the South of Cornwall.
