"Flott hotel og kjempe fin service"

"In the hotels.com app it said we would receive an upgrade of room if available as it was a vip access- it was definitely available but we did not get it. We did miss bathrobe and slippers as it is a beach hotel with a pool and that we had to bycickles althoug it was cheap. The bicycles was great. Otherwise the location was good, but very much noise from the road. Could have supplied us with airprops f.ex. the breakfast was good, the service was good with very friendly staff, the hotel itself a bit old glamour but has it charme, the view was nice. no shuttle service to the center at this time of year som many walks"

"Skuffende opplevelse og hotellet var i mye dårligere stand enn ut i fra bildene. Absolutt ikke verdig 4 stjerner. Vi hadde bestilt og forhåndsbetalt for rom med balkong, men fikk tildelt et rom uten. Måtte krangle oss til et med balkong. Vi skulle bli her i to netter, men det orket vi ikke, så etter en natt byttet vi hotell. Vi måtte allikevel betale for den siste natten selv om vi spurte pent om å slippe det."
