«The host communicated everyday and was willing to solve any issues we might have had. Located close to Gainesville (15 minutes). A few good restaurants nearby especially Watershed. Not a kid environment at night but food was good. If you want to sleep more than 6-7, bring an air mattress. John»

«This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!»

«Great place for hosting a pool party w plenty of places to sit. Pool was big and we used the gas grill for a cook out. Plenty of parking space and very close to Publix food store. The pool was very cloudy and hard to see the bottom even though it was supposedly cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival. Cleaned as in maybe just netting the larger surface stuff just prior? Either way the kids had a great time in the pool, just wish it was clearer. Again this was mentioned in the post about the pool due ...

«We were in town for a sports tournament and this house met all of our needs. We loved the quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. «We really enjoyed our stay in High Springs. The communication with the property manager was wonderful and they were very responsive to any questions I had. The home is exactly like the pictures. We were impressed that not only did they provide your standard needs but they had cleaning supplies, coffee available and there were fresh flowers on the table which we thought was a very nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our son's graduation weekend»

«Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future.»

«Tim and Maria were great hosts and were very welcoming. The cabin was perfect for our last minute trip. We loved that we could bring our side by side and use it to travel to both the Sante Fe River and Ichetucknee River. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the Ichetucknee. The location of the cabin is secluded and the outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the bunnies and deer in the yard.»
