With partial Gulf views, unparalleled community amenities, and area adventure nearby, you will experience a vacation filled with fun in the sun. This Fort Walton Beach, FL vacation condo includes one bedroom, two full bathrooms, and accommodations for six guests making it a wonderful choice for a family stay.

The first thing to catch your attention as you arrive at your new home away from home is the proximity to the beach. The crystal-clear waters and white sugar sand are just steps away from your front door. Discover your rental features a fully equipped kitchen with luxurious finishes including marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Whether you are utilizing the kitchen to pack a cooler for the beach or preparing a fine dining experience with a new seafood recipe, you will have everything you need. There is even a separate dining table to enjoy a meal together as a family. The kitchen leads you to a cozy living room with ample seating for everyone in your crew. Take advantage of the Smart TV in the living room when you come in for a quick lunch to take a break from the sun. Kick back, relax, and choose from your favorite shows and movies before heading back out to the beach to catch the last few rays of Florida sunshine. The living room also comes with balcony access. Waterscape is known for its incredible community pool. It features a lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub. They even have a water park feature at times throughout the year that includes floating lily pads for kids to climb. The amenities don’t stop there. You also have beach service for a fee in season available to you. This makes claiming your spot in the sand even easier. Other community amenities to take advantage of include Shuffleboard, a fitness facility, an outside picnic area, community BBQ grills and an elevator.

Dont expect any favors

Communication with the 3rd party management was terrible. I emailed with a request for early.check.in or.of not available could we get our bracelets left, no one responded. I get there and then am told just check in is 4 we can't help you. Not helpful at all! Then they kept emailing me to sign more papers, that morning and kept saying I didn't have this or that complete when I did, and had been finished. I finally sent a picture of their verification I was all set for them to quit texting me. Lastly, finally at check on it took 3 door codes, 3 phone calls, and 10 texts to have the unit working. It was almost 6 pm so 2 hours last the time my codes should have worked

Never again

Dryer did not work, lights out in shower, mold in bedroom ceiling and walls, gave us the wrong room entry code, so took forever to get into our room well after 4pm. Love Waterscapes, but this property owner is terrible. After the complaints they never even offered a discount

Great family vacay

This condo had everything for my family and I. It was very affordable for the 7 days and 6 nights we stayed. It was also nice to plan this trip and payments with the deposit and then given time to pay the rest 30days before your stay, so that was great planning as well. We enjoyed having the amenities of the kitchen to cook dinner for the family and enjoyed being able to all to sit at the table. The rooms were well set up as well and I have 4 children and they were able to get good nights sleep. I can only recommend this condo to anybody. The pool is a dream for kids when you want to stay in from the beach and had grills to bbq. Accessing the beach was easy as well and we were given two beach chairs and umbrella with our stay which is great when you are traveling and don’t have to bring that with you. This does reflect the owners of the condo, we did have some troubles with getting into the condo due to the code not working and calling customer service was long and they couldn’t help us really, once we used the texting option we received a new code and were in the condo within mins. Again I can only recommend this to anybody looking for a family vacation spot!

Labor Day trip

We had a little hiccup when we first checked in but called the number and was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Everything was perfect for us when we got there. The pool was amazing and we were close to the beach and watched the sun rise and set every day. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location for small kids.

This rental is right next to the parking garage which was convenient but could be a little noisy at times. The condo was as described. There were some minor upgrades needed such as working drawers in the bedroom (would have prefer not living out of my suitcase). The master bed wasn’t very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed.

Dance National’s Vacation

We enjoyed the resort and beach very much! I was unaware that the room was RIGHT next to the parking garage…although this was a perk when loading and unloading the vehicle at arrival & departure, this was also a nuisance. Noise was terrible between guests coming and going and ALL of the horns/car alarms going off!!!! Not much sleeping in allowed! The master bed was also very squeaky any time that you moved to get in/out of bed. There were some bugs in the kitchen cabinets, so make sure you wash dishes before using them (but then again you are in Florida). Only other thing to make note of…dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry towels-bring extras 😉 Great host and exceptional communication!

Beautiful Condo & Great Owner

We were there during a week of rain. The condo was a beautiful place to stay. Marshall was wonderful getting back with us for all of our needs. We were on an early flight arriving and he even made it possible to check in early. Saturday we were supposed to fly home, on our way to the airport at 4am our flight was canceled thankfully we were able to stay at the condo an additional night. Marshall made the entire process very hassle free.

Spring getaway

The space was as advertised. The cubby of bunk beds was cute, but no door just fyi. My grand daughter loved it! The bathroom floors were pretty dusty. The kitchen was well stocked except no wine opener. The amenities are great! There is a heated pool and non heated pool. The location was close to the parking garage. Good for unloading but kind of noisy some parts of the day. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall it was a great place.

Perfect spot!

Marshall’s property was perfect for my family of 4. We really liked the location of the room. It was very close to where we parked in the parking garage, & is a quick easy walk to the beach. Check in & check out was the easiest process we have ever experienced. The resort was awesome for my kids, lots to do & lots of other kids to make friends with. We will definitely be back!

The place was cozy. The down side was it was very noisy. It was by a parking garage so we heard sirens, people yelling etc. Walk out the door and a beautiful beach and oven is yours!

Great host, property, & location!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The resort is nice with multiple pools for use, Fudpuckers to grab a quick snack/spirit located conveniently on the pool deck, & the gorgeous Gulf right out from the pool area. Marshall was a great host. He was readily available and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Perfect Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We have two younger children, so the set up of 2 bunk beds with a king size bed was just what we needed. The multiple pools as well as beach access kept us busy the entire week. We had a spectacular time!

Overnight stay near Destin-Fort Walton Airport

Extended our Saturday to Saturday vacation on the coast by one day in order to drive family to the airport on Sunday. Were able to check in in time to enjoy the pools and the beautiful beach. Two couples and one child were comfortable.

Waterscape Stay

Property was hard to navigate at first. It’s awkward to get down to the beach from the room and a long haul to the beach if you have kids & beach gear or even just a cooler. Beach is super crowded because the resort is so big. Also, would be nice to have more than 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths for 2 bathrooms in a condo that accommodates up to 6 people.

Wow...what a place!

We had a wonderful stay! The amenities were first class, and Marshall was a great host! He was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! We’re looking forward to visiting again!
