Come see why Destin West Bayside Sandpiper L07 is the place to be! This is a spacious 1BR/2BA condo in the Sandpiper building of the Destin West Bayside complex within Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. This beautiful condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, bonus bunk area with a twin over twin bunkbed, and a living room sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. When you're not enjoying the beach, relax by the 5000 sq ft lazy river pool. Come see why Sandpiper L07 is a family favorite.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

At Destin West you can enjoy extreme water fun in the 5000 square foot pool with a kiddie area, a 700-foot Lazy River, heated pool with waterfall, or one of two hot tubs. The Heron building boasts its own bayside pool that is heated year-round! Enjoy your view of the Choctawhatchee Bay, while the kids enjoy the lazy river. Cross over the sky bridge to the Gulf beaches without worrying about traffic. Charcoal grills and picnic tables on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. Destin West guests can also enjoy access to the pools, bars, and restaurants located at the Island Beach Resort at Destin West beachside with the purchase of day passes. Destin West guests must go to the Island Beach Resort front desk for passes. Day passes are $25/person per day.

Definitely coming back.

My buddy and I entered into out first FUDs tourney in October. Needed a place to stay and the rest of the MN group was staying in Destin West, so we tried this place. The main bathroom toilet was broken upon entering, but we didn't make a fuss. Overall it was clean, spacious, and connected to the pool/hot tub entrance which is was what we wanted. We'll be back!

First time in Florida

The ocean itself is enough to draw others to come visit, Everything was great except there was a day where we had really bad weather so we had to stay in we didnt mind to do that but we tried to relax in the living room however the couch is horrible not comfortable at all we even tried pulling out the bed on the couch but that was horrible as well so i would highly recommend this place to stay but the couch definitely needs replaced! Other than that our visit was great!

Overall the entire place was fun. Our condo was dirty!! The floors left our feet BLACK and the place needs a serious deep clean!! There is ZERO beach or pool toys which was very disappointing for our two kids. Luckily a friend had some at their place they were staying! There is minimal kitchen temp and bowls/supplies to store food. We couldn’t get the ice maker in the fridge to work.

Great Location

This condo is in a wonderful location in Destin West Bayside. Being on the first floor just steps away from the pools and lazy river made our trip even more enjoyable. Very easy to walk back to the condo if we needed anything. The patio is facing north so we always had some shade out there. We ate at a different restaurant every night and all of them were within walking distance!! We appreciated that the host had more bath towels for us than we needed. Nice touch! I would stay here again!

Perfect vacation location.

Perfect place to stay, many things to do. The pool, lazy river and hot tubs were amazing. Within minutes of walking distance to beach. Grocery store a short drive for anything you may need.

Family trip with a 12 yr old and a 1yr old

This property was great for all ages! We picked this place because it had heated pools that were blocked by the wind and since we were going in March we knew it could be a possibility that it was cold. My 12 yr old loved the bunk beds and having his own bathroom. The grill was a great addition to be able to cook out and still watch the kiddos in the pool. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Real Joy and it was nice having access to someone for help. Overall, this was a great family vacation and we would love to return!

Cleanliness in the bathrooms, mold on upper tiles in shower. Floors and baseboards need to be cleaned as well as ceiling fans. More hooks to hang things, like wet bathing suits, especially in the bathrooms. No grab bars anywhere. A mug rack in the kitchen as well as coffee filters, especially with not having a Keurig coffee maker. A mug rack in the kitchen. An informational notebook stating good places to eat or where to get groceries. Also in the notebook could be points of interest in the area. Also information about pontoon rentals.

4th Vacation

Great condo and the location you can not beat. Literally parked and did not have to drive anywhere the entire stay everything is ta your convenience. Pools , beach, shopping and restaurants .
