Includes everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Wake up every morning to the STUNNING GULF VIEWS. This home has its own private sand path to the beach with complimentary beach service included (4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas set up DAILY from March 1st thru October 31st). Additional chairs and umbrellas available during the off-season.
Boaters are welcome! The extra long driveway offers plenty of room to park your boat, and the marina is just 5 minutes away!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the beach! The location was unbeatable, and we loved waking up to ocean views every morning. The complimentary beach chairs were such a thoughtful touch, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. My family absolutely loved our time here, and we’re already hoping to plan another trip next year. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spring break stay!

We went for a girls trip with four grandmothers, four moms, and four little girls! We had plenty of room! The house is directly on the beach and has everything we wanted! We went mid March, so a very busy time for spring break, however , the beach was not at all overcrowded and the ones who were at the beach were mostly families and not your typical “spring breakers”. We were lucky enough to get an earlier check in- I had some issues with getting in ( user error) but the owner was very responsive and called me immediately to help us get inside. We had 4 vehicles and the driveway was able to accommodate us all. The drive to Destin was about 10 minutes which was nice. There is also a restaurant next to the home that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with outdoor seating and views of the water. We have already talked about booking the same week for next year, , 10/10!

Family Vacation

We had a week long vacation booked for Cape San Blas, Florida and had it cancelled thirty minutes before we were to leave for the airport due to Hurricane Helene. I scrambled to find something further West and came upon this home. The home was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!

We LOVED this condo!! We come on a girls beach trip every year and this is the best condo we have stayed at yet!!! It’s RIGHT on the beach… shortest beach walk we’ve ever had! Fully stocked house and close to everything!!!! 5/5 stars all the way around!!!!

Beautiful Beach Front

A very spacious and well equipped location for relaxing and enjoying Okaloosa Island. Close enough to great places to eat and entertainment but enough distance to enjoy some calm beach time! The recent updates and remodeling really makes everything clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again!!

Airforce Family

We are a family that often travels and rents larger properties for family vacations. This was the most well stocked home we have ever rented. We wanted for nothing. It was immaculately clean and steps from the magnificent Gulf Coast beach. 5 star property.

Great Beach Stay

The best thing about this beach rental is the private beach access. This was such a big benefit when getting children and grandparents out to the water. Everyone enjoyed the place, and would stay again.

Perfect location for a beach vacation

The property was wonderful. My husband and I rent a beach house for a week every year as a Christmas present for our children and grandchildren. This property was perfect for making more wonderful memories!

Family 1st Time to Okaloosa

The house appeared very updated in the photos online, but all of the bathrooms excluding the master need a good bit of work especially the 2 downstairs. We had a few roaches in the room on the bottom floor as well. The sheets on the downstairs beds were stained and pretty gross looking. There were hornets nests all over the outdoor stairs so the kids were terrified. The two bikes that the company advertises on the page are both so rusted that they will not roll. The grill outside is disgusting and so old - it definitely needs to be replaced. And the pans in the kitchen were old and had black stuff coming off on the food so we had to go buy our own pots and pans for cooking. There are some old loose stones in the yard out by the moldy hammock that the baby kept trying to mess with that needs to be cleaned up as well. With all of that being said - most of the house was some what updated and pretty. The view of the beach was amazing and I liked having our own walkway to the beach. The downstairs kitchen and gaming area were nice to have! The chest of beach stuff was nice and the kids enjoyed that. The beach and water were SO beautiful. There wasn’t enough living room seating area, but the kitchen table made up for that! We overall enjoyed our stay, but for the price of the house just wish things would’ve been more updated. An exterminator definitely needs to come to the property and take care of those bees nest asap!
