New to Best Beach Getaways. This condo has just had a makeover that will now accommodate up to 12 guests. Be sure to book now so you don't miss out. New Hot tub installed February 2024 is waiting for you to come and relax.

Osprey L06-New to Best Beach Getaways and ready for you to experience the BEST family vacation you've ever had.

Osprey L06 features:
Sleeps 12 total-plenty of room to invite the family or friends you call family
Master has King bed, access to balcony, beautiful views of the lazy river/pool deck, en suite bathroom with extra large walk in closet, large walk in shower, jetted tub and double sinks. We have also added a new sleeper chair that folds out into a twin bed. Perfect for families with small children who still like to be near mom or dad.
Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in closet space, access to additional private balcony.
2nd Guest Bedroom/Kids room has a Bunk Bed with Full size bed on bottom, twin over the top and twin trundle. There is a cute little reading nook as well.
Guest bath with tub/shower combo
Open concept Living room with a super comfy and large sectional sofa that is also a sleeper sofa. We have also added another sleeper chair that will fold out into a twin bed. The living room is open to the dining area and the kitchen so everyone can be included in conversation, meals or watching the game on our new 75 inch TV!! Living room walks out to the balcony where you will find seating for 6 to enjoy meals prepared on the private propane grill as well as the BRAND NEW 2024 private hot-tub and new outdoor living set to read a book or just relax.

Osprey L06 is a delightful stay, the floorplan and furnishings made us feel at home. We love being close to the lazy river and bay; the hot tub was a nice addition.

Great family vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seamless. We had everything we needed upon arrival and when we need assistance during our stay the host was available to help us out. It was peaceful, relaxing and just what we needed for our Christmas vacation 🫶 Everything as pictured in the listing and plenty of dishes, pots and pans to cook with! 10/10! We can’t wait to come back when it’s a little warmer!

As advertised

This was our second time staying at a condo in Destin West Beach Bay and Resorts with this being our first stay in this condo. No major complaints. We have only stayed on the bottom floor and find this most convenient. We had ages from 2 to 41 staying in our condo. Kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. Only suggestion would be to add an air-fryer. This condo fit our family of 11 nicely. Also worked well for a wheelchair. One of our son's had unexpected surgery 2 days before our trip and was able to get around the condo and the whole property great with his wheelchair.

Granny's trip

Finding the place way a breeze and getting to our condo was easy enough. The grounds were well maintained. Our condo could have been a tad cleaner at first glance all was well but the floors could have used a good mopping our feet got dirty within a few minutes so everyone had to keep their shoes on . Hand prints on the walls and the sliding door facing the pool wouldn't lock and we couldn't find a stick or pipe to put down in the track to stop the door from opening so we pushed a couch in front of it . We never did feel unsafe even though it was just a bunch of ladies staying there. The lazy river and pool area was excellent and the staff are very nice . I would recommend this place to my family and friends. We had a blast!!!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This is a great place for old and young. The lazy river, zero entry pool and deeper pools are awesome. The pedestrian walkway bridge takes away the dangers of crossing a busy road or having to get in your vehicle to go to the beach. We also used to gym which was surprisingly nicely equipped.

The PERFECT condo

I’ve been coming here for years, and I can confidently say this is the best experience. Great location, great layout, amazing large hot tub, and the property managers answered any questions we had during the whole process. We will DEFINITELY be booking this again next year.

Exactly As Listed

This is the second time we have chose to rent on this property. This condo was spacious and clean. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Check in and check out was nothing to it. They have a hot tub, grill and a wagon full of beach chairs and toys. The lazy river was cold, but that’s a given due to renting in December. Pools were nice and the hot tubs were even better. We had seven staying in this space and there was plenty of room for all of us. We also had our other family come hang out for a total of 12 people and it never felt crowded. The kids enjoyed it. The second private patio was great for our friends if they wanted time away from us and our children. Overall I would absolutely rent this space again.

Nice condo

Overall very nice condo. It rained heavily one day and the patio/ balcony had a drain in the middle which water started blowing up through leaving dirt and granules from the roof all over the patio. Then water came into the condo thru a drain pipe in the laundry room flowing out into 3 rooms. I called property manager and they came over after we used our own beach towels and their mop to clean it up. They said it happens on the end units and advised housekeeping would come by and clean the porch up. We ended up cleaning that also since no one came until next day and we did not want to track the dirt inside. No one seemed concerned but if I were the owner I would be concerned since the water indoors ran up under the baseboards and such. The propane tank had no gas in it at all. I understand if we are responsible if we run out but we did not even use and had to purchase a tank when the owner could check it at least between guests to make sure it had some propane in the tank. Also the paver area where the hot tub is located is full of weeds and needs to be power washed. The hot tub seemed to be very old. Most of the jests did not work and the lights in the tub did not work. Lamp in 2nd bedroom does not work. No hangers in second bedroom but several in bunk room but cannot be removed to another closet. We always enjoy this area and enjoyed the condo but thought I would simply point out a couple items for the owner to be aware
