Gulf 513 is a sophisticated and stylish 1 bedroom plus bunk room condo that sleeps 6. Located on the 5th floor of Destin West Gulf side, this newly renovated condo boasts of beautiful shades of blue that continue all throughout. Stunning views will have you thinking twice about ever returning home.

Spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a master bathroom.

Bunk room is perfect for littles to adults and all of those in between and also has it's own bathroom.

Open concept living/ktichen/dining room has plenty of seating to relax, enjoy the view or just kick back and watch a little TV after a long day at the beach. Sofa is a sleeper sofa. Dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar will have you covered for a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. We also include a pack n play in the condo.

The star of the show is the balcony. With room for all of your guests to sit and relax or enjoy a meal....but who can resist a cup of coffee every morning with that view? Beach access, 2 pools, picnic area with grills and a hot tub are some of the many things Destin West Gulfside offers, but that isn't all. Guests have access to the Destin West bayside 700 foot lazy river, waterfall pool, marina and 2 large hot tubs.

Great place and location/view of the gulf was fantastic! The only issue was the sofa sleeper. This should not be counted as a sleeping option; it was veryyy uncomfortable with the bar sticking you in the back! Our fifth guest had to sleep on the couch.

Disappointing

Good location and the place was clean, also the responses from management were prompt when needed....those were about the only positives. Very uncomfortable beds and furniture in general, and the main TV signal was never strong enough to watch anything all week. My kids and I didn't sit out on the patio because the chairs out there were so uncomfortable.

Perfect location. Minor issues

Perfect location for traveling into Destin. Restaurants, shops, and boardwalk all within walking distance. Upon arrival, master had a stuffy smell. The condo had a beautiful view of the gulf! Did find mold on inside of the shower curtain which was quickly fixed by management property as well as the garbage disposal that didn’t work. Issues with the TV glitching as well as garbage disposal’s continuous leak under the counter. I would absolutely stay in this location again but might just look at a different condo.

Great view

Upon arrival the condo had a musty smell in the master bedroom area. Everything appeared as it did in the photos. However, the floors were dirty and sandy. The broom was broken and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to operate. By the second day the sliding door would not fully close or lock. I contacted the property manager and the door was fixed and a broom was brought to the room. We bought a swiffer to clean the floors. Upon arrival a wagon full of sandy beach toys, rusty chair, umbrella and half inflated floated were tossed in the corner of the balcony. This was not a welcoming sight! We didn’t touch any of it! Also the lounge chair on balcony was rusty and broken. The balcony table and chairs were functional and usable. The garbage disposal didn’t work which I reported at the end of our visit. It seemed there were maintenance concerns that should have been addressed before we arrived and for the price we paid I feel everything should have been in order before we arrived. The kitchen was equipped however, the cookware was not the best quality. Overall we had a great visit despite the issues listed above. The maintenance contact was helpful and did address my concerns. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Lovely escape

Nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. Great view of and access to the beach, plus a convenient walk over the bridge to the Lazy River. Bonus was the beach wagon on the patio with beach chairs and kickboards (wish we would have had time to use them. Will definitely try to book this condo for future trips to Okaloosa.

Beautiful Property!!

Condo on the Beach was very clean and well taken care of. The pool & Hot Tub were extremely clean and well maintained! Only thing I would’ve liked to have seen, was the pool to be warmer. Not many used it due to the coldness of the water. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this property. Very impressive!

Great access to beach, nice amenities. Very clean, beautiful view of ocean and restaurants down near the pier. Tips: wear sandals or slides on boardwalk during the day, very hot! Book your chairs/umbrella early, booth opens at 9am and usually a line starts to form about 830am. Fubar pizza (a few minutes away) is yummy and all the restaurants near the pier are very good! Recommend the lobster tacos at Rockin Tacos!

Very clean and great view!

The condo was very clean (HOW do you get all that sand cleaned up?!), great view of the ocean and the pool area! Really the only issues we had was the washer tried to not work correctly for 2 cycles but then miraculously started working after I contacted management. Also I was little shocked that even the very basic seasonings (S&P) weren’t even provided but that’s probably a Covid issue and definitely not a deal breaker! The pool (again not the Condo owners fault) was VERY COLD! They definitely didn’t have the heat on, it was so cold even the kids wouldn’t swim in it! Overall it was a great stay and a relaxing vacation!

October stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only issue we had was the pool bracelet. We misplaced one the 1st day and they said in our terms of staying we would owe 30 bucks each bracelet that is lost. But the point I'm trying to make is... NO ONE EVEN CHECKS OR EVEN LOOKS FOR POOL BRACELETS.... But I guess it's a way to make extra money for the owners. Pull out bed is extremely un comfortable , we had to purchase a foam mattress at local Walmart. I would stay at this place again just not this particular condo.

Fun in the Sun

Lovely view from our condo. The beach and pool were great. The king size bed was very comfortable. The parking garage was easy to access and close to the condo. Lots of personal touches. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware and glasses.

Wanna get away

The property was as described and was was perfect for our getaway. You can’t ask for more when you want to be so close to the beach. The condo was even available for early check in as our flight came in early. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
